研究方向:
主要研究方向是基于CRISPR原理的“下一代分子诊断技术的开发及其应用”。其中主要的成果包括:
(1)首次鉴定CRISPR-Cas12蛋白的反式切割活性,并开发了名为“HOLMES/福尔摩斯”的新型CRISPR分子诊断系统。
(2)开发了基于Cas12a的新型DNA体外无缝拼接/编辑技术,提高了大片段、复杂片段DNA的体外拼接/编辑效率和准确率。
(3)开发了基于Cas12a的新型生物元器件拼接标准(C-Brick)。
(4)开发了基于CRISPR技术的微生物基因编辑/基因调控系统,建成了不依赖于PAM位点的基因组编辑方法和基于CRISPR阵列的多基因高效转录调控的新方法。
近年来,申请人以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Cell Research、Nucleic Acids Research、ACS Synthetic Biology、Cell Discovery等杂志发表论文40多篇,并申请了多项发明专利。
